One of the secrets to an enjoyable marriage, is to quit looking for perfection in your mate. And to celebrate the quirks.

We apply an 80/20 rule! We focus on the 80% of what is great about each other. And we give grace for the 20%. That little shift in thinking...makes a big difference in our attitude (how we see each other)...and that attitude transformation changes how we respond and interact with one another.
